Em Pechon
Director
Em Pechon is an accomplished dancer of over 20 years. She started her dance journey at the age of 3 and hasn't stopped since! As a young dancer, Em’s family moved frequently so she attended many different studios and schools of dance. In high school, Em trained with the Macholah Ballet Company, was a member of the Hurricane High School Dance Team, and performed as a singer/dancer with the Red Hot Show Choir. Em attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies and minored in dance. While at Wesleyan, Em started the now nationally ranked WVWC Competitive Dance Team and served as Captain and Head Choreographer. Since graduating in 2020, Em has taught and choreographed for a number of organizations including Mountain State Cheer Academy, Buckhannon Community Theatre, Little Glass Slipper Princess Parties, The Dance Factory and Gym Zone, and AXIS Training. Em has been dreaming of owning a dance studio since she was 6, and she is so excited to finally be living her dream!

Student Apprentices
Our student apprentices are older students who assist with our tot, teeny, and mini classes. They supply valuable support to our instructors during weekly classes as well as performances. Our apprentices are among our most driven and responsible students and are compensated for their help with a tuition scholarship.
If you or your dancer are interested in being a student apprentice for the 2026-2027 season, please contact us for more information.
