Ballet
Ballet is the foundation of many dance forms and provides the grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence. We recommend that all students take ballet.

Our Twirl Tot classes are the perfect introduction to the world of dance for future dancers. Grownups and dancers learn and play together as they move to the music, practice beginning dance technique, and participate in fun games. Both adults and dancers are invited to do a special dance together at the spring recital.
